Request an exchange/return

Before submitting a return or exchange request, please review our Return Policy and make sure your order meets all the conditions outlined.

Please note that return and exchange requests for personalised or made-to-order products cannot be accepted, as these items are not eligible for return under art. 16 lit. c) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.

To initiate a return request, please log in to your customer account using the email address associated with your order. You will receive a 4-digit security code at that address. Under the "Orders" section, select the order you wish to return and choose the items for which you are requesting a return or exchange.

If you no longer have access to the email address used when placing your order, please contact us at contact@miapeculiar.com and we will process your request manually.

Once your request has been submitted, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Our Customer Care team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.

If your request is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions. Please note that approval of a return request does not guarantee acceptance of the return itself: all items must be inspected upon receipt to confirm they meet the conditions set out in our Return Policy. You will be notified of the final outcome once this review is complete.

Please be aware that original shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the outcome of the review.
