Not happy with your order? No worries — we're here to assist you.

If your purchase isn't quite what you expected, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the last item in your order to return it. We offer returns and refunds via your original payment method.

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2023/2673 and Romanian Government Ordinance no. 34/2014, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the last item in their order, without providing any reason and without penalties.

Products made to order according to your specifications are exempt from the right of withdrawal, pursuant to art. 16 letter c) of OUG no. 34/2014.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your item(s) meet the following criteria: items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, including our security tag. We cannot accept returns for clothing that has been worn or used. Items worn for press, styling, or photoshoots are strictly non-returnable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Mia Peculiar reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Returns or Exchanges — Romania

1. Log in to your customer account using the email address you used to place the order. You will receive a 6-digit verification code at that address.
2. Access your order and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
3. If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this in the notes field. Exchanges are currently available for orders within Romania only.
4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original box.
5. Ship your return using any courier of your choice. If you opt to use our Cargus shipping account, a €4 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns — International Orders

1. Log in to your customer account using the email address you used to place the order. You will receive a 6-digit verification code at that address.
2. Access your order and select the items you wish to return.
3. Place the item(s) back in the original box along with your receipt.
4. Attach your Return Label to the outside of the box. Ensure it is clearly visible for the courier to scan.
5. Arrange a pickup with GLS (for European orders) or DHL (for other international orders) using the account details provided on the Return Label.

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are available only for orders within Romania. For international orders, you can place a new order for the desired item while initiating a return for the original one. Refunds for returned items will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive them.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved by our quality control team, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.

For orders within Romania, if you used our Cargus shipping account, a €4 fee will be deducted from your refund.

For international returns, the following shipping costs will be deducted: Europe via GLS — €10, USA — $27, Asia — €25, Australia and rest of the world — €30.

Custom duties and VAT paid upon delivery are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Any customs duties or taxes paid upon receiving the order cannot be reimbursed.
